My sessions are valued at $111 each for 40 minutes to 1 hour due to the nature of the work required outside of the session. However, I offer prices on a sliding scale, so you can discuss pricing options with me during our call. I'm confident that we can find a pricing plan that works for you. Who am I?
As a health coach, I empower clients to overcome negative patterns and implement sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their overall well-being through enhanced fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness practices. These patterns may be physical (such as inactivity or chronic pain), emotional (like anxiety and negative self-talk), or behavioral (such as neglecting self-care or feeling trapped in an unfulfilling job). Life by Body is designed for those who have tried fad diets, are facing transitions in life, or feel overwhelmed by mixed health messages and need clear guidance.
